The Contract Farming Scheme

In this 3rd decade of the 21st century, contract livestock and poultry farming is one of the most dynamic and profitable ways of raising livestock.

How it works: Unigold Foods supplies the birds/animals, feed, and provides technical advice. The farmer provides the labor, housing, and utilities. This cooperation increases efficiency and reduces costs for everyone.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered as a Unigold Foods contract farmer, you must:

  • Have an existing farmhouse suitable for growing animals.
  • Be located within a 60-90 km radius of our feed mills.
  • Be willing to adhere to our bio-security and quality standards.
